Our cuisine places a great deal of emphasis on the use of regional and sustainable produce. We get our ingredients, for instance our vegetables, meat, fish, dairy and cheese products from surrounding farms, Alpine dairies and Alpine pastureland. We gather herbs from our own garden or from nearby Getzlechenhof. This proximity to nature and to our surroundings is something you can taste in each of our dishes.
